The problem
A much-loved plant shop sells on Instagram through DMs. Orders get lost in chats, stock is guessed, and customers abroad can't buy gifts for family at all.
The idea
- Every plant has a page with photos, light and water needs, and pot sizes
- A one-page checkout with UPI, cards and PayPal, plus delivery-slot picking
- Stock updates itself, and sold-out plants offer a 'tell me when it's back' button
- Gift orders with a message card, payable from anywhere in the world
