Step by step

Five steps, and who does what

The same simple process for a one-page website or a full app. At every step you know what we're doing, what we need from you, and what you'll have at the end.

  1. Days 1–3

    01 Discover

    We do
    Talk with you (phone, WhatsApp or video) to understand your business and what you need.
    You do
    Tell us your idea, and show us a few websites or apps you like.
    You get
    A written plan: what we'll build, when it'll be ready and one fixed price. If you're happy with it, we both sign a short agreement.
    Payment
    The first 40% when you sign, so the work can start.

  2. Week 1–2

    02 Design

    We do
    Rough sketches first, then finished screens for phone and computer, in your colours.
    You do
    Look at the designs and tell us what to change. Send your logo, photos and text (we can help write it).
    You get
    Designs you've approved. Nothing gets built until you're happy with how it looks.
    Payment
    The second 40%, once you've approved the designs.

  3. Weeks 2+

    03 Build

    We do
    Build it in small steps on a private preview link, and send a short update every week.
    You do
    Open the preview link on your phone and tell us what you think. About an hour a week.
    You get
    Your website or app, working, on the preview link, before anyone else sees it.
    Payment
    Nothing during the build.

  4. Launch week

    04 Launch

    We do
    Set up the domain, hosting, email, Google and analytics, check speed and security, then go live. A hand-over call and a written guide follow.
    You do
    A last look, and the go-ahead.
    You get
    Your site live, and every login and account in your own name.
    Payment
    The last 20% at launch.

  5. Ongoing

    05 Grow

    We do
    For 30 days after launch we fix anything that isn't right, at no cost. After that, a care plan keeps it updated and backed up.
    You do
    Tell us what's next, whenever you're ready. No pressure.
    You get
    Peace of mind, and someone to call who knows your software.
    Payment
    Only if you pick a care plan or ask for something new (always quoted first).

How long things usually take

From the first design to launch day, for a typical project. Your proposal gives a firm date before anything starts.

Payments

How paying works

You never pay for the whole thing up front, and the price in the proposal is the price you pay.

Projects: pay in 3 parts

40% when you sign the agreement, 40% after you've approved the designs, 20% at launch. Silver is simpler: half when you sign, half at launch.

Monthly work: pay as you go

Billed at the start of each month. No long contract: pause or stop any month.

Care plans: monthly or yearly

Pay each month, or once a year and get two months free.

Pay the way that suits you

In India: UPI or bank transfer. From abroad: card, PayPal or Wise. Every payment gets an invoice.
