Privacy policy

This page explains what information AppSmart Studio collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. In short: only what's needed to reply to you, never sold, never used for advertising.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email, optional company, the project details you type, and any estimate or plan you chose to attach.
• AI assistant and project planner. The questions you ask and the answers given, so we can improve the answers and follow up if you ask us to. Please don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information there.
• Call bookings. If you book a call, the booking service sends us your name, email, the time and any notes.
• Basic technical data. A one-way scrambled version of your IP address (not the address itself) and your browser type, used only to stop spam and abuse.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers, no selling or sharing your details, and no cookies except the ones the site needs to work (security and remembering your light/dark theme).

Services that help run the site

• Anthropic (Claude) processes AI assistant and planner messages to generate answers. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models by default.
• Email and hosting providers store and deliver messages and run the website.
• Cal.com (if you book a call) handles the booking itself under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we're in touch and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted. AI conversations that didn't lead to an enquiry are deleted after twelve months.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete anything we hold about you at any time. Just email hello@appsmartstudio.com.
