These terms cover using this website. Paid projects are governed by the written proposal and agreement we sign together, which always takes priority.

Estimates and AI answers

The project estimator, the AI project planner and the AI assistant give general guidance only. They are not quotes, offers or professional advice, and AI answers can be wrong. A price and timeline are only binding once they're in a signed proposal.

The text, design and code of this website belong to AppSmart Studio. Case studies are shown with clients' permission. Please don't copy them without asking.

Fair use

Please don't misuse the contact form or the AI features (for example, automated requests or attempts to make them do things unrelated to your project). Limits are in place and abusive use may be blocked.

Liability

The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, AppSmart Studio isn't liable for losses from relying on information on this site rather than a signed agreement.
